Asset Manager

Our client, is a leading real estate company in Singapore with an Asian focus. To support their regional business, they have established an extensive network and presence with on-going activities in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam and South Korea.

Currently, they are looking for an Asset Manager to their team.

You will be responsible for the appropriate positioning of properties within the investment portfolio in Singapore and in the region. You will formulate asset management plans with the view of maximising performance and enhancement of capital growth for the properties under your charge. You will set appropriate tenant mix, devise and implement effective marketing plans and control related expenses to maximise Net Operating Income of buildings. You will also be involved in the acquisition, due diligence and documentation processes of new properties as well as evaluation of opportunities for development of facilities. In addition, you will develop and manage partnership programmes with key accounts.

You should possess a degree in Real Estate/Finance or its equivalent with post graduate qualifications in Finance. You should have 5 years’ working experience in asset management, marketing/leasing or investment work. Familiarity with regional real estate markets and proficiency in financial modelling for assets are essential. Other key attributes include good teamwork, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
