Business Development Manager
Our client is one of the leading telecom systems integration and IT services company, from providing telecom integration services to multinationals and Public Sector Units, and has evolved to extend its expertise into the dynamic space of Business Process Outsourcing and RFID.
Apart from the 8 regional offices in India, it is present in the US, UK, Singapore and UAE.
The Role
Business development including proposal and estimate development, delivering capabilities presentations to new and prospective clients, positioning the brand and services offered. Business development and management, research, strategic brand development.
Team leadership and participation to fulfill a elements of ongoing and new projects (i.e. on time delivery, on budget and to specific parameters as outlined in proposal and estimates).
Develop direct reports (where applicable) providing on-going coaching and performance.
Working on special projects as required by business.
Periodic research on specific industries and their contact center requirements.
Draw a business plan in terms of strategy and development and develop pricing modules.
Ensuring that the business development team achieves revenue and seat targets as set.
Along with team make efforts for project expansion. To interact with the clients and provide inputs about the company in strengthening the business activities.
Requirements:
6-8 years of overall experience of business development experience in a Call Center wherein has managed a team.
Experience in interacting with domestic / international clients.
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent sales presentation and negotiation skills.
Experience in preparing RFPs and RFIs
Graduation degree in any stream with a management degree
