Cash&Trade Sales Manager
Our client, one of the largest full service banks in the world is currently in need of two Cash & Trade Sales Managers to join their team.
Responsibilities:
We expect the Cash and Trade Sales Manager to have a good understanding of supply chain management and an appreciation of corporate’s order to cash, procure to pay and cash conversion cycle. More importantly, the right candidate is expected to be able to structure solutions that not only optimize the company’s processes but also their balance sheet and risk mitigation.
In line with Singapore’s position as a regional hub, the scope of the solutions will be local, regional and even global, and encompass both domestic and cross-border products and services.
You will be expected to defend and grow the treasury and trade revenues of a portfolio of existing customers and bring in new business from prospective clients. To achieve this, you will need to establish close working relationships with your customers in order to understand their needs and structure relevant solutions for them. You will also be expected to respond to customer’s Requests for Proposals and make formal sales presentations. Ultimately, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and managing the sales process from origination to negotiation to deal closure.
You will also be required to work closely with implementation and service partners to ensure smooth delivery of the solution to your customers and provide market feedback to our product partners for development of new cash products and services. Finally, you will work with relationship managers to provide professional treasury and trade consultancy to your customers.
Requirements:
- You should possess a BBA/BA/BSc/MBA or equivalent with at least 5-7years relevant experience in selling cash management and trade services.
- You should have an in-depth knowledge of transactional banking products, and strong presentation and written communication skills.
- You should possess strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer management skills.
- You must be self-driven, results oriented and opportunistic.
- You must have good analytical skills and the ability to interpret and structure solutions for client’s needs.
- You must be a leader and an effective influencer across functions within the bank, and innately responsible for client satisfaction.
