Corporate Finance Manager

Our client is a leading real estate company in Singapore with an Asian focus. To date, they have an asset base of about S$4.38 billion comprising office, logistics, and industrial and retail/lifestyle properties, and S$3 billion of assets under management in Asia. 

Responsibilities:

You will provide corporate finance support to business groups in structuring real estate trusts and funds, asset securitisations and monetisation programmes. You will also structure and negotiate on asset acquisitions and divestments, sale and leasebacks, long-term tenancy leases as well as analyse opportunities in capital and debt markets

Requirements:

You should possess a degree in Real Estate or Finance with postgraduate or professional qualification in Finance. You should also possess 8 years's working experience of which some years are in an investment bank, real estate company or corporate finance department of large corporations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with real estate funds, asset securitisations, capital markets, and debt markets as well as be strong in financing modelling. Other key attributes include excellent communication skills, strong initiative and drive.
