Our client, is Asia Pacific’s first equity based destination club. It is looking for a Financial Controller to help establish the company corporate headquarters in Singapore and build the business into Asia Pacific’s premier luxury destination club. This person will be reporting to the CEO.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage company financial planning and budget management functions.
- Establish management accounting framework and control process
- Prepare monthly management accounts, set up G/L and chart of accounts & develop 5- year plan
- Assist with compliance documentation and the preparation of prospectus documentation
- Manage A/R & A/P, and assist with preparation of financial outlooks and forecasts.
- Manage the preparation of the official annual report working with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with local, budgetary reporting requirements and direct audits
- Oversee financial management of foreign operations plus operating budgets for Properties

Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting / ACCA /CPA
- Knowledge of financial regulations for SME environments and property management in APAC
- Analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
- Experience in short & long term budgeting, rolling budgets, & profitability analysis.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; facilitate team / group meetings
- Experience in property developers, property trusts, real estate or hotel and leisure operators with properties across Asia Pacific highly sought after.
