HR Manager

Our client is Singapore’s leading property developer and lifestyle company reputed for quality and design.  The principal activity of the company is that of an investment holding company, focused on key markets in Asia – comprise property investment, development and management, as well as fashion retail, hospitality management and F&B franchise operations.  

Job Summary:

You will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, performance management and employee relations.  Your key responsibility is to ensure that the manpower needs are met, which include working with external vendors and community organizations. You will assist in developing and implementing HR Policies and Procedures as well as reviewing and enhancing HR Processes. You will also be involved in driving HR related projects and initiatives.  You will work closely with business managers in supporting their HR needs and ensure provision of quality HR services y your team.

Experience and Education:

  • Degree with post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the retail industry
  • A strong knowledge of current labour and employment laws
  • Good team player with strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, work independently and under pressure
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
