Investment Manager

Our client, is a leading real estate company in Singapore with an Asian focus. To support their regional business, they have established an extensive network and presence with on-going activities in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam and South Korea.

Currently, they are looking for an Investment Manager to their team.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible in developing business strategies

- Evaluate business opportunities locally and overseas

- Pursuing potentail investments and asset acquisitions

- Developing new business set-ups

- Investing in real-estate projects as well as structure and negotiate deals for asset acquisitions

Requirements:

- Degree in Real Estate/Finance or relevant discipline

- Min 8 years of relevant experience in business development

- Regional investment exposure in the real estate markets is an advantage

- Proficiency in financial modelling for projects and acqusitions of assets

- Great independence and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
