Requirements: Degree Holder with min 5yrs managerial post.   Experience and depth understanding of Contact Centre Environment. Strong Leadership, People Management, Planning and Analytical Skills.

Description: Will be responsible for the performance of the Contact Centre Ops Team and fulfill the Client SLA for all programs.  To manage the Contact Centre Snr Mgmt tam and develop annual plans that will ensure the delivery of all client requirements.

Benefits / Salary: RM150,000K/annum
