Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mathematics / Sciences or equivalent.
- A Marine Engineer by background is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years working experience in the oil & gas preferably marine business
- Candidate must have knowledge / experience in ITB/RFP/LOA
- Self-confident with a strong personality and experience dealing with senior management and high-level negotiations

- Invitation to Bid (ITB) detail contract specification
- Pre-qualification documentation
- Tender documentation & prepare bidding list
- Issuance & prepare Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Comprehensive tender documentation
- Prepared letter of Award (LOA)
Benefits / Salary: RM120K/Annum
