Job Title : Assistant Factory Manager

Reports To : Factory Business Manager

Location : Malaysia / Overseas

Job Summary (Overall Accountability)

Specific Accountabilities

To optimize processing plant operations to achieve optimum output without compromising the quality of the product.
To monitor conversion cost and plan and take action to reduce it from time to time to improve the factory’s financial performance.
To monitor the production will meet the delivery requirements in terms of quality, quantity, timeline and other customers’ requirement.
To implement the Quality Assurance Program to achieve zero defects.
To check and ensure all finished rubber shipped out meet the quality standard.
To monitor compliance with DOE regulations and OSHA are compiled with at all times.
To analyze and resolves production and work problem, or assists Workers in solving work problems in order to optimize productivity.
To guide, monitor and motivate the direct reports.
Other duties as assigned.
