Manager / Senior Executive, Underwriting & Channels Management
Our client is a global financial institution engaged in insurance and investment management.
Responsibilities:
1) Portfolio Management
- Establish rapport for long term relationship with partners
- Develop Action Plans to achieve targeted results
- Propose specific actions to develop sales
2) Underwriting & related tasks
- Underwriting of proposed business according to the underwriting guide and the authority limit
- Attend to all quotations & enquiry within service standard
- Check completeness of document from clients before release to Process Department
- Review accounts, prepare insurance summary, statistics report and implement revised terms within authority limit where applicable
- Follow-up on payment where necessary
3) Production Reports
- Maintain Monthly report on department production
- Maintain Monthly report on Renewal Retention
4) Projects
Participate, develop and/or implement projects allocated.
Requirements:
- Relevant Insurance qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of General Insurance experience
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Possess Business Development skills
- Meticulous, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
