Regional Indirect Sourcing Manager
Our client is the world's most comprehensive and broadly based manufacturer of health care products, as well as a provider of related services for the consumer, pharmaceutical, medical devices and diagnostics markets.
The Role
The successful candidate will be the Program Manager for strategic sourcing projects for indirect materials and services across Asia Pacific and also lead collaboration activities across various sectors of the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with country NonStock / Indirect Procurement Managers, Finance and business stakeholders.
- Accountable for developing, implementing sourcing strategies as well as driving innovation on indirect spend categories specifically on marketing related areas such as agencies, market research, promotional materials etc.
- Candidate would be required to partner both intra-region and may be asked to represent Asia Pacific in global teams to contribute &/or lead specific initiatives that will help the Company and its regional office to take advantage of new Supplier Enabled Innovations, global or inter-regional volume leverage, and emerging market sourcing.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher level
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years experience in Procurement, Supply Chain and/or Engineering
- Traveling 20-30% regionally and globally
