Sales & Operations Manager (Vietnam/Indonesia/Mumbai)

Our client, a global company specializing in logistic and freight, is urgently sourcing for a Sales and Operation Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • To establish, develop, implement & generate revenue from existing & new account acquisition
  • Responsible for the strategizing and development of the business plans to achieve revenue targets through growth of existing portfolio and development and growth of new account acquisition.
  • Management of business budgets and monitoring of performance targets ensuring yield and growth of revenue contribution.
  • Work closely with Team Members to ensure smooth operational delivery of initiatives
  • Plan and organize professional selling initiatives of the Company’s service offering to customers
  • Ensure that Sales KPIs quotas are achieved and met in line with the Company’s objective
  • Manage key customers requirement (including shipping / trade documentation and warehousing activities) through operations units or service providers.
  • Ensure all customers expectations and requirements are translated to business process requirement for all the activities carried out at various operations units
  • Establish strategic relationship with carriers, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Self motivated and self starter.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business or related subject. (Administration/Management, Sales & Marketing, Airline Transport, Merchant Marine, Land Transport).
  • Required skill(s): Freight, Logistics OR Transportation.
  • Required language(s): English. 
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to relocate.
  • Lots of drive and initiative, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership and Team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
